Pro Tips For Getting This Game Tai Chi Trainer

Origin
The 42-Form Tai Chi is a standardized routine that integrates movements from several traditional Tai Chi styles, including Chen, Yang, Wu, and Sun.
It was compiled by martial arts research experts in 1988 as an international competition routine consisting of 42 movements.
The routine was first introduced as an official event during the 11th Asian Games in 1990. Today, it remains a widely practiced form, suitable for both competition training and long-term personal practice.

Kung Fu Philosophy

Kung Fu is not something understood by watching —
it is built through practice.
By understanding your own body first,
you learn how to respond to change.
Everyone’s ability is different.
The goal of training is not to compare with others,
but to become better than who you were yesterday through consistent practice.
Ability exists for discipline and protection,
never for harming others.
Kung Fu is like a language — knowing the movements alone does not mean you can apply them;
it requires time to understand and consistent practice.

Only the first quarter of the 42 form is free. After that, it's about $9 for each of the next 3 stages. The animation is very easy to follow as it follows the moves in the form and the ability to spin the human animation means you can see the moves from every angle which is excellent. I'm not sure I'd want to learn the form solely from this app but it's excellent to practise with. I'm pleased with this purchase.

The ability to move the model is amazing, just swipe any direction to move it. Can slowdown/speed up animation and loop a single move. Improvements: Voice coach, music, shorter form for beginners, ability to select a section of moves to replay would be great. 48 moves here, first 10 free then pay for more sections - a little pricey.

Easy to learn the form and practice, I do this everyday and it's really good for you too. And if you want to build more on it, you can always look online the self defense applications of each movement and learn as you go. Much better than these ones that make you pay so much on the app store lately.
